Before reserving
Meraki K9 screens homes because the right placement matters more than a rushed sale.
- Complete the application honestly
- Discuss household, experience and goals
- Confirm breed, placement category and timing
- Review the current contract before payment
Reservations and deposits
The legacy policy describes advance reservations, puppy evaluation near six weeks and a $500 deposit applied to the price. Laura must confirm the current amount, transfer or refund rules, selection order and payment deadline in writing.
Registration and placement
Companion, show and working placements may have different registration, alteration and breeding terms. The signed agreement for the individual dog controls.
A home for life
Meraki K9 states that its dogs should never enter a shelter, pound or rescue without the breeder being contacted. Current return and rehoming obligations appear in the contract.
